Our technicians schedule has to be flexible, since we never know how much time an individual job might take - this is why we have to use three-hours windows instead of scheduling an appointment for a specific time.
Technician Visit
Our friendly technician will come to your home or business to diagnose, repair or install your appliance. We will diagnose the problem and if possible repair it on spot! Our technicians have spare parts in the truck, so chances are we will be able to repair it on spot!
Repair Estimate
After diagnosing the problem, our tech will give you an estimate for the total cost of the repair. If you do approve it we will proceed with the repair. Sometimes, however, we might have to order additional parts from the manufacturer. If possible we will try to pick the parts from a supply store, otherwise we will have to order them online, and in this case parts delivery might take up to 5 days. After receiving the parts we will set up a second appointment with you for no additional cost.
